Open Platform Charter
The platform is open. Chain-owner companies lead; together we build, govern, and share, so supply-chain ESG data can move safely, stay compliant, and stay useful.
1. Open-source platform, open ecosystem
We stay open source and open to partners. Chain-owner companies, suppliers, service providers, and technology partners can join and help the supply-chain ESG ecosystem grow.
2. Led by chain-owner companies — build, govern, and share together
Chain-owner companies lead how the platform is built and governed. Participants set collaboration rules and data boundaries together, share what we build, and lower the cost of working across the supply chain.
3. How it works, and who can see what
Relationships, roles, and permissions sit at the center of supply-chain collaboration. Data access follows least privilege: Only a chain owner with an established relationship can view that supplier's questionnaire data。
You can invite suppliers to connect and ask them to complete questionnaires. Once connected, you can view those suppliers' questionnaire data.
You can request to connect with a chain owner. After they accept, questionnaire data can be shared with your chain owners within the authorized scope.
4. Who can be a chain owner?
Any company that needs to manage ESG among upstream suppliers, or that practices responsible sourcing, can join as a chain owner.
5. Fees
Managing and sharing supplier ESG data is free. If a questionnaire needs a platform review, we charge a review fee under the published rules.
6. How to get data
Chain owners can view results and details in Questionnaire Assessment, and export connected suppliers' questionnaire data by permission for internal analysis and decisions.
